"The reception staff are always extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to. Appointments are relatively easy to arrange and the GPs actually listen to what you're saying. I rarely leave the surgery without feeling more informed about whatever ailment needs to be sorted, and treatment/medication is usually spot-on. The environment is spacious, airy and clean. All in all, Manor View and her associated surgeries are the best I've ever attended. Long may they and their staff thrive and we, their patients, reap the benefits of attending them."

Although at the beginning we could not attend the surgery, I was always made to feel comfortable through a telephone consultation and nothing was too much trouble, everyone remained professional. Although the phone lines can be busy at times. A doctor, nurse or medical advisor will always call you back and give advice and reassurance.
