The Partners of Manor View Practice have taken over the management of The Pathfinder Practice, South Oxhey. We would like to reassure patients that this will not impact patient care in Borehamwood, Bushey or Watford. Services are currently not merged between Bushey & Watford with Borehamwood and South Oxhey.

Breast Screening

Local Breast Screening Service

The local breast screening service is offered at:

Screening units do not offer drop-in screening on request. Breast screening for women aged 50-70 is by appointment only. Invitations for screening are sent automatically to women registered with a GP.

Women Over 65 Years Old

Women over 65 can self-refer if non-symptomatic on the above number – they will need their NHS 10 digit number.

Women Over 50 Year Old

Women over 50 will be called when it is time for their Surgery to be recalled. Usually this can be between the ages of 50 and 53. This happens when their surgery has just been recalled.

Once over 50 patients can telephone the above and can book directly with the service.
