The Partners of Manor View Practice have taken over the management of The Pathfinder Practice, South Oxhey. We would like to reassure patients that this will not impact patient care in Borehamwood, Bushey or Watford. Services are currently not merged between Bushey & Watford with Borehamwood and South Oxhey.

Covid Pass & Certificates

Important Notice

NHS Covid Pass

To prove your Covid-19 vaccination status you will need a NHS Covid Pass Letter.

The practice cannot provide you with this. Please call 119 or for further information click here or use the buttons above.

NHS Covid Vaccination Certificate

The practice does not provide recovery letters for travel. You would need to use the email you received with your PCR test result. If you do not have this, please contact the practice and we will be able to provide you with a print out from your records detailing your result.
