We are unable to undertake medical consultations by telephone or video call, for patients who are outside of the UK, for example on holiday.

Our indemnity insurance does not cover clinicians for such consultations.

If you are in the unfortunate situation of requiring medical attention while you are outside of the UK, you will need to consult with a local medical service.
