Every single time I complete their triage form (and unfortunately due to several problems I need to do so on a regular basis) , I receive a telephone call from a lovely caring doctor … literally within just a couple of hours without fail. With thousands and thousands of patients, I’ve no idea how they manage to provide such an amazing service . All I ever hear is people complaining about their GP’s practice and I consider myself very privileged indeed to be one of their patients. The level of care provided to my late husband in the last couple of months of his life was outstanding in every aspect, Thank you so much MVP for being so on the ball."

"What a fantastic GP surgery. I’ve been here for over 20 years and they are just beyond brilliant. So efficient with Covid vaccines - one of the quickest to rollout, they are still doing same day appts despite the huge stress on the NHS - and it’s just a quick form to fill in and then you get a phone call to sort out a time. "I cannot recommend MVP Callowland enough!!! I have had some really unpleasant experiences at other GP practices, from rude receptionists, to health care practitioners who were dismissive and spoke to me and my family in a very unkind manner. MVP is very different. The receptionists are always very patient and kind, and the online triage system is really easy to navigate and I have had no problems booking an appointment or having an admin query responded to. I would like to highlight two members of staff who have been particularly wonderful. Dr Varsani - she is professional, makes time to listen to patients needs and offers fantastic medical support through a kind demeanour. Her care is holistic and thorough, and she has supported me through some very challenging times. Secondly Nishy Nash has taken bloods from me several times now and she is very friendly and professional. I don’t like needles very much at all and have voiced this at my appointments with her. At previous appointments (not at MVP) this has been dismissed or somewhat mocked, but Ms Nash has always provided a calm, relaxed environment where I know I’m in good hands. Her patience has blessed me and I don’t feel anywhere near as anxious about having blood tests as I used to. Anyone in the area who is need of a GP - I could not recommend MVP Callowland enough to advise on health related concerns and support with ongoing problems. Their services have helped me massively to get over my previous aversion to seek support for mental and physical health problems which was caused by negative experiences at previous GP practices. Keep doing what you’re doing!!"

"Brilliant service from this surgery. Since the new appointment system has been implemented, I have had no problems at all in getting an appointment when needed - a much better system than being in a call queue with more than 30 people! All queries have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I recently saw a GP with my son and was extremely impressed. He dealt with the problem quickly and appropriately, ensuring I was fully involved in decisions relating to my son’s care. I knew exactly what was being done and why. I was also given excellent follow up instructions so knew what to look for and what I should do if the situation worsened. Very happy with the surgery and would highly recommend!"

When I found out I was pregnant I got allocated the most incredible midwife Julie who went above and beyond and really made me feel at ease during my pregnancy . When my newborn daughter wasn’t well, I got a call within an hour and a half and the next day her prescription sent to a pharmacy near me .
