Our patients can now make an appointment to see a GP on weekday evenings, Saturdays 9am - 1pm and 3pm - 7pm, and Sundays 9am - 1pm; to see a Nurse on Saturdays 9am - 1pm and to have blood tests with a Phlebotomist on Saturdays and Sundays. Please ask the receptionist for further details on how to book an appointment. During these appointments your health record may be accessed and viewed by clinical staff other than your GP or a GP at your practice.  Please be assured that your confidentially will be maintained; for the service's full Privacy Statement please see 'Patient Information' at www.dlhealth.co.uk

LATE POLICY

We strive to see every patient as close to their appointment time as possible and therefore if you are 10 minutes late or more to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.  One or two late patients can cause the entire daily schedule to fall behind.  We will try to accommodate late‐comers as best as possible, but cannot compromise on the quality and timely care provided to our other patients.  Priority will be given to patients who arrive on time and it will be up to the discretion of the clinician if you can be worked in between them.  This may mean you will have a considerable wait. If this is not convenient for you, you may choose to reschedule.

We also have a dedicated mobile phone on which you can send a text or leave a voice message to cancel your appointment. Please ensure you give us your full name, date of birth and the appointment details.
